Reservations are made through AirBnB or Booking.com. We do not accept reservations by phone or email — the phone number is for inquiries only.
Cancellation policy follows the rules of the booking platform you reserved through. Please check the cancellation policy displayed on AirBnB or Booking.com at the time of booking.
Yes — a one-time cleaning fee of ¥3,500 is added per stay, regardless of the number of nights. Room rates start from ¥9,000 per night and vary by date.

Check-in
Check-in is from 15:00 onward, and check-out is by 10:00. Because we use a self check-in system, entry is technically available 24 hours after the check-in time begins.
Before your arrival, you'll receive a 10-digit passcode via the booking platform. Simply enter it on the keypad lock at the room door to enter. There is no staff at the property.
Yes! The keypad lock works 24 hours a day. As long as you arrive after 15:00, late-night arrival is no problem at all.

Each room includes: AndroidTV (Room 201, 32") or 40" TV with Chromecast (Room 203), AI speaker (Google Home Mini), Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, gas fan heater, air conditioning, bathtub & shower, hair dryer, towels, and pajamas.
Yes — free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the inn. The passcode is provided in the room.
Towels and pajamas are provided. Personal toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, and skincare items are not provided — please bring your own or purchase nearby.

All rooms are non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas away from the building.
Yes! Children of all ages are welcome. Small children sharing a futon/bed with parents are typically free, but please confirm the details on the booking platform when reserving.

Access & Location
Access
From Kintetsu Nakanogo Station: 2-minute walk. From Kintetsu Toba Station: transfer to a local train bound for Kashikojima — Nakanogo is the very next stop (about 3 min). The inn is on the 2nd floor of "Foubourg Cosmo" near the station.
There is no on-site parking. The road approaching the inn is a narrow hill that may be difficult to drive on. Please use the paid parking lot next to Kintetsu Nakanogo Station (¥300/day).

No, we do not serve meals. However, there are many wonderful restaurants and cafés within walking distance — especially around Toba Station (about 10 min on foot), featuring fresh local seafood and specialty coffee.
